The Nolensville Recreation Complex is offering Zumba, aerobics, indoor cycling, Night Club Cardio, Yoga, Cross Action Circuit Training, World Beatz Toning, HIIT and other classes for just $1 as a teaser for the full classes that will start in March. Special pricing ends Feb. 28.
Facility passes cost from $20 – $225 for Williamson County residents, depending on if you purchase yearly or by a set of visits, and the facility pass covers admission to the weight room and wellness center. There are discounts offered for seniors and teens.
Classes and programs, including Group Fitness classes, have a range in prices for walk-ins, but monthly and yearly passes may be purchased. Adult monthly passes to classes and programs may be purchased for $35, or for $25 if the purchaser holds an annual facility pass. Teens can get monthly passes for $25. Yearly passes cost $420, or for $300 with the annual facility pass. Any passes purchased at Nolensville are interchangeable with other WCPR facilities throughout the county.
Individual Personal Training is also available for a $15 consultation and then ranges from $30-$50 depending on the length of time selected with the personal trainer.
Other amenities of the Nolensville Recreation Complex include a sitting service for children ages 6 weeks to 9 years old, a game room, a multipurpose room with a stage and a warming kitchen, and a gymnasium for recreational use.
The child-sitting service is free to parents/guardians using the facility, and hours are Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and Monday – Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For the Game Room, which includes flat screen televisions with multiple gaming consoles, hours are Monday – Thursday 4 p.m. to 8p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The game room also includes board games and card games available for use.
