Billy Blanks, the king of Tae Bo, returned to Franklin this past weekend. He did a meet and greet, taught two classes at the Team Tae Bo Franklin studio and kicked off his Elite Conference, where 30 Elite Tae Bo Fitness Instructors will be trained in certifying the general public in Tae Bo Fitness.
Since their opening in November of last year, Team Tae Bo Franklin has seen much success. Owners, Shellie Blanks Cimarosti and husband Mark Cimarosti are proud to bring the residents of Williamson County fun ways to get healthy and stay healthy.

“Mark and I feel blessed to be a positive force in our community. Our goal was to develop a sense of community and to have a place where people can see their lives change for the better. Team Tae Bo offers several classes, including T.E.A.M. Training, where you can bring friends and train together, one-on-one personal training, bootcamp/circuit training, TRX Traning and, of course, Tae Bo. Don’t worry if you’ve never done Tae Bo before. The studio offers two kinds of Tae Bo classes–Tae Bo Basic and Tae Bo Fitness. Start with the Basic class to learn the foundation of Tae Bo, then move to the Fitness level, which will offer a more intense workout.
