Realty Company Wins Relocation Award

Fridrich & Clark Realty’s Relocation Department, a leading provider of relocation services, was recently honored during a meeting in Chicago with a 2014 ‘Lexicon World of Quality’ award by Lexicon Relocation.

The award honors companies for outstanding service, innovation and partnership in the relocation process. Winners are determined through surveys that gather information on the way firms like Fridrich & Clark Realty work with the relocating businesses and with the relocating employees of those businesses. This is the first time for Fridrich & Clark Realty to earn this award.

In announcing the award, Whit Clark of Fridrich and Clark Realty cited the growing demand for these services in Nashville as this area continues to attract businesses from across the country. He praised the relocation team, headed by Sissy Allen.

“Sissy and her team have created a strong operation that is focused on providing knowledgeable real estate advice with exceptional personal attention and service. That approach has registered powerfully with our clients and their employees, thereby smoothing the difficult process of moving to a new city. We are proud of their good work and salute them for earning this award,” Clark said.

The Relocation Department grew significantly in the last three years, and Allen is forecasting 2014 to be the team’s strongest year in history, with prospects for 2015 already showing continued growth. Fridrich & Clark Realty was founded in 1966 and has grown to be one of the area’s largest realty firms, with more than 140 agents.

Allen said, “We are honored to win this award. It takes a team of talented people to understand and respond to the needs of our relocating businesses, stay abreast of the real estate development in this exciting market, and do so while handling the personal issues associated with a move. Clara Priest, Dana Jeffers and all of our experienced Fridrich & Clark Realty agents, ensure the best possible experience for our clients.”
