Pirate Weekend at Tennessee Ren Fest

Get your eyepatch ready–it’s Pirate Invasion Weekend at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival.

On May 16 & 17, the hills will be swarming with rascals and rogues as a crew of scuvry pirates invade the shire of Covington Glen. See the swashbuckling and sword-brandishing of pirates galore. Children Rascals and Pirates aged 12 and under can participate in the Children’s Pirate Costume Contest on both May 16th and May 17th. Contest location and time will be posted at the Information/T-Shirt Booth (the first tent as you enter the festival).

Festival goers will also see over 60 skilled Artisans from all over the country display their wares from silks to swords; from gems to jewels and you will hear the sounds of Renaissance musicians and merrymakers as they echo through the trees. Specialty foods and drinks are also available, including turkey legs, sausages, roasted corn, ice cream and so much more.

The festival is open from 10a-6p and parking is free. To purchase advanced tickets, click here. The Tennessee Renaissance Festival is located at 2124 Newcastle Road in Arrington.
