Rosie Lee Hargrove was a shining light in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Born on June 13, 1946, in Williamson County, Tennessee, Rosie would go on to embody the spirit of love and kindness throughout her life, a true testament the nurturing roots planted by her beloved parents, Leslie and Sarah McCoy Hargrove, who preceded her in death.

With a heart full of warmth, Rosie cherished her family deeply. She leaves behind her devoted sisters, Mary Johnson and Margaret Hardison, and her supportive brothers, Bennie (Teresa) Hargrove and Robert “Bob” Hargrove. To Rosie, family extended beyond immediate relations, as she took great joy in the company of many loving nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Rosie is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Hargrove.

On October 29, 2024, Rosie departed this world in Hermitage, Tennessee, leaving behind a legacy of love that will be felt forever. There was a warmth about her, a gentle grace that drew everyone in. Her vibrant spirit, her laughter, and her unwavering kindness will forever echo in the hearts of her loved ones.

Her church community meant so much to her, providing her with strength, purpose, and a sense of belonging. It was within the walls of Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene that her love for life flourished.

A visitation in her honor will be held at Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, on November 1, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Johnson Family Cemetery. Rosie’s nephews and great-nephews will serve as pallbearers. https://www.tnfunerals.com
