GBT Realty Corporation is a national real estate corporation with headquarters in Brentwood. Recently, they have added 4 new team members. Additions are to the Shopping Center and Net Lease teams.
Ivan Lozina has been appointed senior construction manager and is responsible for new construction in the Shopping Center Division. Chad Brubaker joins as acquisitions manager for the company’s Net Lease Division. Ben Owenell is now development finance manager for GBT, coming in from Perth, Australia-based Birchwood Consolidated. Last but not least is Lauren Tangard a market research analyst. She previously served as marketing director for Dale Smith Thomas.
GBT has been doing business and growing in Brentwood since 1987. In the last few years the company has developed $430mm of new retail properties across the country.
