Nashville Business Journal put together a list of the top shopping centers in the area based on gross leasable space in the middle Tennessee area.
The top shopping center is right here in Williamson County- Cool Springs Galleria. Â The total gross leasable space for the CoolSprings Galleria was 1.18 million, moving The Galleria from number 3 in 2015 to number 1 in 2016.
Recently CoolSprings Galleria  announced renovation plans.  The renovation comes on the heels of a major anchor redevelopment completed in early 2015, the recent addition of dining destination Connors Steak & Seafood, and the much anticipated opening of Kings Bowl which opens on May 2.
It’s been an exciting time to be a shopper of CoolSprings Galleria, as the popular shopping mall saw lots of growth and changes in 2015.  In case you haven’t visited The Galleria in awhile, here is a list of some of the newer stores: American Girl Doll, Belk Men’s and Children’s store, J.Jill, H&M, and ULTA.
