H&M will open its doors at the CoolSprings Galleria in May 2015.  It will be located within the redevelopment of the former Sears store along with the state’s first American Girl Doll store, both of which are slated for grand openings in May 2015.

Later this summer, construction will begin on the 23,969 sq. ft. space. The new store will have both interior and exterior entrances to the shopping center.

“We are excited to bring H&M to CoolSprings Galleria to further solidify its status as the premier shopping destination in the region and demonstrate our commitment to investing in the mall’s continued growth,” said Stephen Lebovitz, President and Chief Executive Officer of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. CBL owns, operates and manages 90 malls, including the CoolSprings Galleria.

“H&M is an international fashion leader that will bring its fashion-forward styles for men and women to many excited CoolSprings Galleria shoppers.”

“H&M is one of the most sought after retailers offering a broad range of fashion choices,” stated CBL Regional Director of Marketing, Dana Katterjohn.  “H&M will be a great addition to the many exciting changes already taking place at the center and we are thrilled to officially confirm they will be opening their doors at CoolSprings Galleria.”

The redevelopment plans for the former Sears location at CoolSprings Galleria include creating 160,000-square-feet of new retail space for a mix of fashion stores, home furnishings and fine dining options with a newly created mall entrance.  H&M will join American Girl as part of the redevelopment with more top retailers to be announced as the project progresses.
