Thirty Percent Off Nashville Originals Restaurants

On Wednesday, June 18, residents of middle Tennessee will be able to purchase discounted gift certificates from more than 50 Nashville Originals restaurants at 30 percent off.

The quarterly sale will launch at 7 a.m. online at nashvilleoriginals.com and will allow customers to purchase $25 or $50 gift certificates at the discounted price. Certificates may be instantly printed out or e-mailed as gifts. The sale serves as a fundraiser to support the non-profit independent restaurant association.

In the past, the discounted certificates have often sold out within one day of the offer. Claire Marshall Crowell, a Nashville Originals board member and director of operations for the Puckett’s family restaurants said the offer has been popular since the organization’s formation in 2006.

“Our members work together to advance a common mission, which is to sustain locally owned restaurants as a critical component of Nashville’s culture, and this program allows the organization to thank the local community for supporting that vision,” Marshall added. “Four times a year, you can purchase a discounted certificate to places like Jimmy Kelly’s, Holland House, Watermark and Mere Bulles. It’s the best deal in town!”

As the Nashville area food scene gains more recognition, the Nashville Originals membership continues to grow. More than 50 restaurants are affiliated with the organization ranging from fine dining to casual eateries. Originals include Silly Goose, PM, Gray’s On Main, Fido, 55 South, Red Pony and many more.
