Finds & Happenings: Mantra Artisan Ales Launches Saturday Yoga Class

Detox and retox with a weekly yoga class at the Mantra Artisan Ales Taproom. Kicking off on February 20th, the hour-long, all levels class will run every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., with a complimentary beer of choice offered post workout. Although the class and pint are free, Mantra kindly asks that attendees make an open donation towards a charity.

Each quarter, Mantra will sponsor a different charity, with the first charitable donation being made to The Epilepsy Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Instructor Bette Jarva will be teaching the class. Bette earned her instructor certification through White Crow Yoga, and has been practicing for about 10 years.

Mantra Artisan Ales, a boutique craft beer brewery and taproom located in Franklin, Tenn. is the creation of Celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan and award-winning Brewmaster Derrick Morse.
