Williamson County Real Estate: July 2019 Monthly Stats

The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for July 2019.

July Highlights:

• The median sales price of Williamson County residential homes is $545,000
  *a $63,000 increase from the same time last year
• Residential plus condo closings were 679
  *an increase of 57 closings from this time last year
• Days on the Market (DOM) for residential homes is 30.
• Top three cities with the highest median sales price for single-family homes are: Brentwood ($802,500), Arrington, ($790,000) and College Grove ($660,744).

Top 3 Williamson County cities with the highest number of closings in July:

Franklin – 236
Brentwood – 124
Nolensville – 83
