Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) is offering a FREE demonstration class for its current Preschool Safety Program at The Longview Recreation Center, 2909 Commonwealth Dr. in Spring Hill on Thursday, July 10 at 10:00 a.m.
The Preschool Safety Program is perfect for those 3-5 years of age. It is a fun and active class designed to help younger children stay safe while developing self-confidence and learning how to avoid dangerous situations.
Children learn age-appropriate Tae Kwon Do self-defense moves and develop speed, flexibility, stamina and strength.
