Relax this Thanksgiving and let Scout’s Pub do the Cooking

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and if cooking Thanksgiving dinner sounds daunting, let someone else handle it, like the chefs at Scout’s Pub.

Scout’s Pub, located in Franklin’s Westhaven community, is offering a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with a twist.

The Southern-inspired gastropub features modern Southern food typical of pubs and elegant takes on traditional comfort food paired with craft beers and carefully-made cocktails. For Thanksgiving, this is no different as they are offering those Thanksgiving favorites that everyone loves with a twist in their crafty take on neighborhood dining.

“Providing a gathering place for families and friends in our community is a cornerstone of what we do here at Scout’s Pub year-round,” said Chris Payne, general manager of Scout’s Pub. “We’ve created an elevated Thanksgiving menu that reflects our atmosphere and culture so that diners can enjoy an incredible holiday feast while focusing on what really matters — spending quality time with their loved ones.”

The dinner, which starts with complimentary sourdough and cornbread paired with molasses butter and local jams as well as one non-alcoholic beverage, begins with a choice from three main entrees including brown sugar and bourbon-glazed ham, rosemary and garlic prime rib, and stuffed turkey breast with sage and sausage filling, served with gravy. This will be paired with three side dishes picked from options like balsamic green beans with crispy shallots, mashed butternut squash and sweet potato with pecan crumble, and Scout’s Pub’s signature mac ‘n cheese to garlic herb au gratin potatoes, spicy corn pudding and herb dressing. Finally guests can choose either pumpkin bread pudding with spiced whipped cream or apple cake with Corsair Distillery spiced rum caramel topping for dessert.

Guests can choose from three reservations times – 11 am, 12:30 am, and 2pm. Costs for the Thanksgiving dinner for adults is $30 per person while children aged 3-12 are $15 and under 3 are free. To secure a spot, advanced reservation is required by calling (615) 721-5993. For more information, visit the Scout’s Pub website.
