Giardino Gourmet Salads in Brentwood is hosting a Grand Opening weekend Friday,March 25th and Saturday, March 26th. The new fast casual dining establishment is located at 18 Cadillac Drive in Brentwood. They’re celebrating with giveaways, an Easter Egg Hunt and kids eat free all day Saturday!
This is the first of three Tennessee locations to open under a deal with siblings Matt Osman and Mindy Clayton, says a company press release.
“We are excited to open our first restaurant in the Brentwood community, one of the nicest areas of Nashville with the opportunity to showcase to the local community our unique salads, wraps and soups,” said Julio Ramirez, part owner and board member of the concept.
At Giardino, you can order your salad piccolo (small), basta (large), or in a wrap and add ingredients, like deli salads, grains and more. Their salads range from Thai flavored to Caesar to Baja and everything in between. You can also get your salad delivered or catered. If you’re trying to stick to a healthy diet, Giardino offers nutritional information on all their food, so you can make smart choices.
