Opening today, August 10th, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, in the former Simply Shoes location on Cool Springs Boulevard. Â At Tropical Smoothie Cafe the motto is “no better way to make a great meal than with fresh, natural, quality ingredients.”
This is the first location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Tennessee, owned by the same owners who bring you great pizza at Jet’s Pizza.  When we spoke to the owners, they told us they stress  healthy eating and felt the time was right to expand with Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers smoothies with selections called  Island Greens which is a blend of spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana. There are also wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches, and salads. Tropical Smoothie Cafe also offers a kids menu including a kids selection of smoothies, wraps and quesadillas.
