Enroll at Preschool at Generations Learning Center

If you are looking for a pre-school, now is the time to register. Newly opened Generations Learning Center located in downtown Franklin will be offering a pre-school program beginning in January. ​

The Generations Learning Center will offer pre-school and daycare options from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday starting in January.​ ​The non-denominational church is hosting an Open House event December 16-17​ ​in downtown Franklin from 11:30​ ​a.m. to 1 p.m.,and​ ​4-7 p.m. ​Guests will be able to​ tour the​ ​new​ ​space, meet the​ ​Learning Center​ ​staff​ ​and​ ​enjoy cider and Christmas treats.

The Generations Learning Center will offer:

• Affordable pricing with flexible, full-day programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Proven educators who love children and teaching (each are also CPR and first-aid certified)
• Highly engaging teacher-directed and organic learning experiences that focus on adjustment, exploration and growth – and building self-esteem
• Spiritual, physical, social, emotional and intellectual development

Generations Church of Franklin leased 33,000 square feet of the former Methodist Church property now known as Historic 5th Square, continuing the long-standing tradition of worship and education in the building and courtyard on Fifth Avenue. In addition to the child care and preschool program Generations Church will offer, Franklin Classical School will also occupy a portion of the Generations Church square footage during the week. Essentially, you could have care for your child and educate them from cradle to 12th grade all in one building, said Kraig Wall, Pastor of Generations Church. Historic 5th Square, LLC acquired the campus – which includes three buildings and 63,000 square feet of diverse space between Fourth and Fifth avenues and Church Street – from the Franklin First United Methodist Church, which is completing construction on a new facility at the corner of Franklin Road and Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway in Franklin.
