While the Hill Center will see a slew of new restaurants and retailers, Yeah! Burger will no longer be one of them.
The Atlanta-based burger chain had planned on coming to Brentwood’s Hill Center for much of this year, but now has changed course to Green Hills instead. According to a news release, Yeah! Burger will open in the spring in a 4,000-square-foot space in H.G. Hill Realty Co.’s Hill Center Green Hills development.
Although no new tenants have been officially announced by Hill Center Brentwood, there are a number that are confirmed. These include Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Francesca’s, Uncle Julio’s, Del Frisco’s Grille, Nama Sushi Bar, Holler & Dash, SunTrust, Hemline, Paper Source, Fab’rik, Core Power Yoga, Noire The Nail Bar, Dress Up, The Cosmetic Market, Hand and Stone Spa and LBMC Accounting Firm.
The first phase of the development includes 158,000 square feet of office space and 66,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The first four buildings are beginning to be delivered to tenants, with openings starting this fall.
LBMC accounting firm will occupy nearly 80,000 square feet of the four-story, 117,000-square-foot building B. A fifth building will be completed by spring 2017 and will house office tenants First Tennessee Bank and TMPartners.
There is a six-level, 852-space parking garage that is nearing completion and will be fully functional as retailers begin opening for business this November. Once the development is fully completed, it will consist of 450,000 square feet of office space and 150,000 square feet of trail and restaurant space with 10 buildings.
Opening this fall and winter will include TMPartners, LBMC, Nama Sushi, Holler & Dash, Dress Up, Hand & Stone, Noire The Nail Bar, Del Frisco’s Grille and Uncle Julio’s. Opening in spring and summer of 2017 includes First Tennessee Bank, Hemline, Paper Source, Francesca’s, The Cosmetic Market, Fab’rik, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Core Power Yoga and SunTrust.
This is the largest office complex ever built in Brentwood’s Maryland Farms and the largest real estate project ever undertaken by H.G. Hill Reality Company.
