Summer Salad Week 3—Watermelon & Feta

Our Summer Salad Series continues as this week Kate Raidt from Kate’s Kitchen with Teens  makes a Watermelon and Feta Salad.  This is a quick and easy recipe to take to your next outing.   Bonus:  We had leftover watermelon, so we gave watermelon infused water a try.

Here is the recipe:

6 Cups of Watermelon cubed or balls

1/2 C of red onion

1/2 feta cheese

1/3 c fresh mint leaves

Olivia’s Balsamic Vinegar

 

Add all of these items to a bowl and drizzle Olivia’s Balsamic Vinegar or create a great party food by putting the items on a toothpick.
