Photos and Video from Inaugural Preds & Threads Fashion Show

Preds & Threads

Friday night, the Nashville Predators players took the floor of Bridgestone Arena not on the ice but on a runway.

It was the inaugural Preds & Threads event benefitting the Predators Foundation. Guests attended a cocktail reception with Predators coaching staff, broadcasters and alumni and bid on silent auction items. VIP guests continued the event after the show in the Lexus Lounge for an after party with the Nashville Predators team.

The Foundation has awarded close to $5.5 million in financial grants since 1998. The Predators Foundation has given over $1 million to local charities in the Nashville area this past season.

Predators’ Pekka Rinne supports the 365 Pediatric Cancer Fund presented by Twice Daily benefitting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and hosts nightly meet and greets with patients from the Children’s Hospital. We were able to speak with Rinne just before the Preds & Threads event, see that interview below.

Take a look at our fashion show video below where P. K. Subban starts off the show followed by fellow teammates Mike Fisher, Pekka Rinne, and don’t miss Ryan Johansen’s dance moves on the catwalk.

The Nashville Predators Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charity organization devoted to funneling the excitement of professional sports towards the needs of this community.
