1. Holiday Lights in Woodland and Fairview Parks, Columbia
WHAT: The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting its annual Holiday Lights in Woodland and Fairview Parks. The holiday displays are open to the public beginning Monday, December 10 – December 25, 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. This driving tour of lights is free to the public.
This year’s special features include a tunnel of lights at Woodland land Park and in the Fairview Park is a collaborative effort with the eight Maury County Middle School STEM Clubs and their Christmas tree display. Other light displays include Rotary and Kiwanis Club shelters, the Relay for Life organization, the Rogers Group construction equipment, Snoopy, Heroes shelter, STEM snowflakes, Santa’s sleigh with his trusty reindeer and Frosty the Snowman.

2. Storytime with Jasmine

4. A Seussified Christmas Carol
WHAT: Midsouth Youth Theatre & Arts presents a whimsical reinvention of Dickens’ most beloved Christmas story in wacky rhymed couplets. With zoot fruited juices and binka bird geese, from Bed-Headed Fred to Timmy Loo Hoo, this tale of glorious holiday cheer is similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with — if he ever had his way with the story…
