Franklin BOMA Votes Tuesday on Harpeth Square Project

The Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen will vote Tuesday on the hotly discussed Harpeth Square Project, which includes a hotel, parking garage, apartments and retail space. The board will not be taking citizen comments about the project at this meeting. The public hearing for the Harpeth Square Project may be watched here.

This will be the third and final reading of the consideration of the ordinance to rezone the 4.48 acres contained between Bridge St., 2nd Ave N and 1st Ave N. from Central Commercial District (CC) to Specific Development – Variety District (SD-X 34.17/33,650/115). Basically, to make the space available for the mixed-use residential, retail, parking and hotel all in the same development project.

BOMA will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24 in the Board room at 109 3rd Ave S in Franklin.
