Today, July 24, is National Tequila Day! The most popular tequila drink is a margarita so we’ve listed a few places to grab a margarita plus we’ve included a few interesting drinks that utilize tequila. Keep reading as Luke Bryan’s spot Luke’s 32 Bridge shared a recipe with us for a new tequila drink.

The newly opened breakfast to lunch spot from New Orleans offers an array of cocktails. Start off with the Morning Margarita with 100% agave tequila blanco, fresh seasonal juice, triple sec, lime with a half-salted rim.

Sopapilla’s offers 8 margaritas, including their El Primo Margarita (Ocho Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, Fresh Squeezed Lime and organic agave nectar) and a Cucumber Margarita (100% Blue Agave Tequila, cucumber, lime organic agave nectar). Looking for something different? Try the Albuqurue Mule made with tequila, lime juice, agave, muddled watermelon, and and ginger beer.

3Luke’s 32 Bridge

If you are headed down to Broadway, stop by Luke’s 32 Bridge where they will be celebrating with The Tequila Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset, Repeat Margarita, a new cocktail that takes a southern spin on the classic inspired by Luke’s latest hit. In case you don’t make it, they shared the recipe with us so you can try it at home-one part tequila, one part grenadine and two parts orange juice. It’s topped with champagne and a cayenne salt rim.
