On Christmas Day, Luke Bryan surprised his wife, Caroline with “designer purses” but actually it was a surprise for Brett’s Barn. Watch the video below that Bryan posted to his Instagram where he surprised Caroline with two kangaroos.
Caroline posted a picture of the two kangaroos on her Instagram saying, “2 Live Roo and Roo Tang Clan are living their best life. 🔥🔥🔥Seriously…real names are Margo and Todd. They are adjusting perfectly are beyond sweet and precious.”
Lots of fans have offered support of Bryan’s new addition to Brett’s Barn while others have not. PETA Vice President Colleen O’Brien made a statement in response to reports that country singer Luke Bryan gave his wife two baby kangaroos for Christmas:
“Baby kangaroos belong in their mothers’ pouches, not in gift bags. These joeys have complex needs, including specialized diets and room to roam—they are not toys and will only become more difficult to care for as they grow older. PETA is calling for an investigation into where these kangaroos came from and stands ready to help Luke Bryan right this wrong and move these vulnerable marsupials to a reputable sanctuary.”
Brett’s Barn was built in remembrance of Sadie Brett Boyer was born on July 8, 2016 and died on February 21, 2017 and was the daughter of Bo and Ellen Boyer, on Bryan’s wife Caroline’s side of the family.
