For this week’s blog, I thought it’d be fun to get you all on your feet and moving. An important thing to remember is that you are the one in control of this workout. Be sure to pace yourself, to use wisdom and make it fun! Put on some of your favorite tunes and get going. If something feels uncomfortable, stop! And now….go for it!

1. Warm up with a light stretch for roughly 5 minutes. Be sure to stretch out your upper body as well as your lower body. Your body is a unit and it must work together!
2. Start with a light jog in place for 2 minutes.
3. 25 squat jumps (if you choose not to jump, no worries.). Be sure when squatting to keep your knees behind your toes and to keep your back straight. Think of sitting on a chair.
4. 10 push ups
5. 25 squat jumps
7. 25 tricep dips (be sure to keep your elbows close to your body and to bend them!) Your butt should be close to your hands.
8. Roll over onto your back and place your legs in the air. Knees should be slightly bent. Tuck your chin to your chest and reach for your toes. Keep your shoulders off of the floor and crunch. Do this for a set of 25.
9. 25 tricep dips
10. Back to toe touches
11. Finish with a light cool down and stretch!
12. Give yourself a big hug-great job!!!!!
