Steamboys, newly opened at 3907 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage, specializes in bao buns, dumplings and noodles.
Steamboys also has a location in downtown Nashville and saw an opportunity to expand into Hermitage, due to Nashville’ growth.
Brandon Lin, owner of Steamboys, offers patrons Chinese comfort food and wants to be the place locals go after work for a casual dinner or to pick up food to take home.
“After a long day at work, we want people to have something good to come home to,” said Lin.
To produce authentic cuisine, the Steamboys team spent six months in China learning how to make traditional bao, dumplings and noodles. Their mission is to offer everyone the opportunity to taste these traditional Chinese dishes.
Steamboys in Hermitage, located at 3907 Lebanon Pike, is open: Monday – Wednesday 11am-2:30pm & 4:30pm – 9pm, Friday 11am-2:30pm & 4:30pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-9pm.
