A scammer is apparently calling the Spring Hill Chamber members saying they are contacting them on behalf of the chamber and asking for details about people’s businesses. This number is 615-200-9654 and the number is not a connected number, so they are calling with some sort of falsified caller ID.
If you receive a call from someone saying they are with Spring Hill chamber, and it is not their office, NEVER give out any personal or business information over the phone to someone you don’t know!
The chamber will be making an announcement and even calling members today just in case, and I wanted you all to be aware as it seems McMinnville posted alerts about this number in March and this person may be systematically going through Middle Tennessee chamber member listings trying to scam people.
