John Thomas Gordon, age 79 of Fairview, Tenn., passed away Dec. 19, 2016.
Mr. Gordon was born in Williamson Co., Tenn., to the late Tommy and Sarah Ellen Wise Gordon. He was a member of Shady Grove Church of God. Preceded in death by brother, Billy Joe Gordon and great-granddaughter, Nova Martin. Survived by son, Brad Jason (Mindy) Gordon; daughters, Rachel Dawn Foster and Heather Gordon; brothers Jimmy Gordon and Harold (Lillie) Gordon; sisters, Imogene Mangrum, Margaret Lucille (George B.) Stinson, Maggie (Jackie) Palmore and Sue Othlene (Archie, Jr.) Russell; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Greg Mangrum officiating. Burial will follow in Anglin Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Anglin Cemetery Fund.
