Home Goods Store OAK to Open in Franklin

OAK Nashville

A new home goods store called OAK will open in downtown Franklin at 214 E Main Street. OAK is taking over the space previously filled by Franklin Travel Services.

This will be the second location for OAK. The first one is located in Nashville on Charlotte Avenue, close to the newly opened L & L Market.

Pumpkinfest attendees can check out the store during their soft opening on Saturday, Oct 26. A grand opening event will be held at a later time.

Owned by Nashville native Ginny Pope, OAK is a multi-faceted business with a custom line of candles, gift baskets, design services, and retail space. Pope shared with us she wanted to have a spot in downtown Franklin and began looking over a year ago for the perfect place.

After learning that Franklin Travel was moving, she knew the space was a great opportunity for her to open in Franklin.

“We are beyond excited to join the family of retailers on Main Street and grow our business to a community that is near and dear to my heart. I’m a Nashville Native, so Franklin has always been a special place for me and now for my family,” said Pope.

OAK, which stands for One of A Kind, offers home goods that are unique and curated. Often you will find vintage items, pillows, accessories, lighting, furniture, and more.

Hours of operation will be Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-4. Keep checking back here for more details. Follow Oak Nashville on Instagram for the latest updates.
