New Classes at the Franklin Recreation Complex

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer two new September classes at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd:

ACRYLIC PAINTING ON CANVAS – PERSONALIZED PUMPKIN ART

This acrylic painting class will strengthen your creative muscles. Students will work on the same painting and finish it during the class. From the beginner to the experienced student, this class will guide and teach students how to approach the painting process with confidence, while exploring the basics of composition and color. Instructor: Elaine Sligh. Acrylic Painting will meet Tuesday, September 16 or Thursday, September 25 from 9:30am to 11:30 a.m. at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd. TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR MONEY-BUDGET PLANNING

Time to take a look at your spending and savings plan. Learn about new tools that will help you identify, organize and improve your financial budget. This free class is offered by Susan Fisher, Branch Team Leader with Regions Bank. Registration is required. Take Charge of Your Budget will be offered Tuesday, September 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd. To register, call (615) 790-5719, ext. 2010.
