Based on a firm belief that “music helps the berries grow,” Boyd Mill Farm will host the Blackberry Jam Music Festival on Saturday, June 24th. The 2017 Blackberry Jam Music Festival, presented by Harpeth Presbyterian Church and hosted by Reckless Johnny Wales, brings together musicians from several states but focuses on our homegrown talent from Middle Tennessee and all for a great cause.

This year’s Jam benefits Hard Bargain Association. In addition to headliner Jason Eskridge, other performers include; Irene Kelley, MSG Acoustic Blues Trio, Walter Egan, Darryl Purpose, Them Rubies, Kenzie Wetz and more!

The festival will begin with a pre-show at 10a with Viva! Nashvegas followed by a special children’s show from noon – 2 p featuring Happy Racers and Emily Clement. The event will continue throughout the day and shows are scheduled to go until about 10 p.m.

Blankets, lawn chairs, beverages in ice chests and well-mannered dogs on leashes are welcomed. A variety of food trucks and dessert carts will be on site ready to serve you.

Tickets are $15 at the gate or you can purchase tickets online until 10 a.m. the day of the event (June 24th) for just $10. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Hard Bargain Association, a local non-profit organization which preserves the Hard Bargain neighborhood by rehabbing existing homes, building quality affordable housing, and enriching lives.
