On Tuesday evening, we were invited to a preview of the first Chopt restaurant to open in Tennessee, located at 211 Franklin Road in the Hill Center Brentwood.
Chopt combines seasonal ingredients and authentic flavors from around the world to invent unbelievably craveable salads. At Chopt, you’ll find 18 scratch-made dressings and freshly-brewed iced teas and lemonades, all made fresh daily. They also build partnerships with regional artisans and purveyors inside each of their communities which are posted on a board right next to where you place your order.
You can choose from one of the many classic salads which include a kale caesar, Mexican caesar (Tennessee Titan DeMarco Murray’s favorite) and Mexicali vegan.
Chopt will celebrate Chopt Gives Day from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and again for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on February 7. All customers who make a monetary donation to its charitable partner Nashville Food Project will receive a free salad. Regular business hours will begin on February 8.
