STICKY FINGERS PRESCHOOL CLUB
Calling all preschoolers: join Miss Kari for creative fun, and learn while making art projects using a variety of materials during each class. The Sticky Fingers program is for kids ages 3 to 6. Children must be potty-trained to participate. Monday sessions, September 8-29, will explore bugs (10:00 a.m. to noon, $40 for four classes). CREATE A CLASS
Love art, but just can’t make it to a class? Gather at least six of your friends and pick a project. Whether it is painting or crafts, they can make it happen. Your private art party will be held at the Franklin Recreation Complex. For more information, contact Arts and Crafts Coordinator Cindy Moore at (615)-790-5719, ext. 2020 to schedule your class. Dates, times, ages, class fee and supply fee vary based on class.
ARTS & CRAFTS PARTIES
Arts and crafts parties are an affordable, fresh way to celebrate your child’s birthday. Customized birthday parties are now offered at the Franklin Recreation Complex for kids ages 3 to 12. Parents help plan the big day by choosing a theme with the instructor, Deborah Nelson. Parties are one-hour for ages 3 to 5 and one and one-half hours for ages 6 to 12. The fee is $8 per child, plus a $20 supply fee for every ten children. All craft supplies are included; food and drink are provided by parent.
