Meet the members of SHOUT!
Gay Dement may be only five feet tall, but when she hits the stage, she’s a force to be reckoned with! Nashville Classic Rock fans know Gay from her 10 years with Boomerang, and once you’ve heard this li’l bundle of dynamite belt out her blockbuster rendition of that familiar Isley Brothers showstopper, you’ll understand why the band is called SHOUT!
John Noreen’s 60s band The Rose Garden had a massive Top 40 hit: “Next Plane to London.” The Los Angeles native has played with pop singer John Davidson, toured with country act Highway 101, and recorded with The Delevantes. John’s formidable guitar licks and vocals help make SHOUT! the most authentic and exciting Classic Rock band in Music City!
Chris Eddy literally has rock music in his DNA – he’s the son of legendary guitarist and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member Duane Eddy. Talk about versatile — Chris has played drums in his dad’s band, backed Shelby Lynn on bass and Shania Twain on guitar, and recorded background vocals for Lynard Skynard. His soulful voice and sizzling guitar breathe new life into your Classic Rock favorites.
Don Wirth (bass & vocals), a Chicago native, grew up playing guitar in garage bands, then moved to Nashville to produce TV commercials and jingles. Don has backed roots rocker Rob Jackson and legendary singer/songwriter Hugh Moffatt, but his favorite gig is “laying down the bottom end” for SHOUT!
Bob “Packrat” Stamps (keyboards) has performed with a dizzying array of country, blues and rock artists, including Barry Gibb, Kelly Lang, Johnny Rodriguez and Tony Joe White. “Packrat” was named “Keyboard Player of the Year” by the Nashville Blues Society. His organ solo on “A Whiter Shade of Pale” is not to be missed!
Dough Frame (drums) has worked with Willie Nelson, Teddy Gentry and other luminaries. The Boomerang alum is also an accomplished screen actor – he appears regularly on the hit ABC TV series “Nashville,” and had roles in “Country Strong” (with Gwyneth Paltrow) and “Boulevard” (with Robin Williams).
