On Friday morning in downtown Franklin at the Franklin Theatre, the Nashville Elvis Festival kicked off its second year of festivities.
The day began with the Ultimate Elvis Tribute contest hosted by Tom Brown and featuring the EAS Band. Performing were 20 of the top Elvis tribute artists from around the world, competing for a chance to advance to Graceland’s Ultimate Elvis® Tribute Artist Contest™ to be held in Memphis in August 2018.
Last year, we heard about the youngest Elvis fan in attendance, Kenneth Buettner who is four years old. He spoke with us about his favorite things, first Star Wars and then Elvis. Watch that video below.
