NRA Convention Coming to Nashville

The Music City Center in downtown Nashville will host the 144th annual National Rifle Association’s annual trade show April 10-12.

The NRA event will feature more than 550 exhibitors showing off all things weaponry from firearms to wildlife art to ATVs. There will also be educational seminars, a gun collector area, special events and celebrity appearances.

Also, the NRA Freedom Festival in Nashville will be held April 9 at 2:00 p.m. until the close of the show on Sunday, April 12 at 5:00 p.m. Located on 5th Avenue in front of the main entrance to the Music City Center, the Freedom Festival will feature interactive displays including multiple laser shooting ranges, vehicle displays, two pavilions full of exhibits and freestanding booth space for exhibitors. The Freedom Festival will also feature an NRA Country Side Stage with live music showcasing local talent and a few larger names each day, plus an 800 seat outdoor café area.

During the 2015 NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits, lawfully carried firearms will be permitted in the Music City Center with the proper license in accordance with Tennessee law. Bridgestone Arena prohibits the possession of firearms.

The NRA website reminds visitors: “When carrying your firearm, remember to follow all federal, state and local laws.”

Friday, April 10: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 11: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, April 12: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall is FREE to NRA Members and their immediate family. If you are not an NRA member you will be required to join before the show or when you arrive.
