NEEDTOBREATHE’s Bo Rinehart to Exhibit at Franklin Art Scene

Bo Rinehart NEEDTOBREATHE

Bo Rinehart, member of Christian music group NEEDTOBREATHE, will showcase his art at the Franklin Art Scene on Friday, July 5. The art scene begins at 6 p and Rinehart will be on hand at Franklin Road Apparel, 508 West Main Street.

Bo and his brother Bear of NEEDTOBREATHE recently relocated to Nashville. Bo now calls the Brentwood area home. As an art lover, as well as creator, Bo turned his sights to local opportunities in the area which included the Franklin Art Scene. Rinehart is excited to have the opportunity to showcase his work in a local setting, and also take in the art of other local artists.

On Rinehart’s art website, it shares that he’s been making art since he could hold a pencil. During high school, he attended art classes in Italy and Paris as part of a school trip. Rinehart attended Clemson where he studied parallel tracks in architecture and art. But it was music that called him away from Clemson after three years to join NEEDTOBREATHE.

Today, as a touring musician traveling the country, Bo creates most of his art in a fast paced and ever changing environment. It is driven out of the hope to capture the sensation of fleeting moments with a bold and striking image in a quick burst of inspiration that has the ability to draw the viewer in and to be in the moment for just a little while longer.

His medium is pen and paint with his pen projects featuring horsemen, animals, and rock waves. The paint collection is comprised of mostly female abstract portraits.
