Gin Blossoms to Headline Sevier Park Festival in Nashville

The 7th annual Sevier Park Festival kicks off with a special concert featuring Gin Blossoms and Frances Cone on Friday, May 3 from 6 p – 10 p.

Tickets for the Friday night concert are on sale now at sevierparkfest.com. Past acts have included J Roddy Walston and The Business, Amanda Shires, Blues Traveler, The Lone Bellow, Johnnyswim, and Brandy Clark.

Gin Blossoms is a Grammy nominated band fusing Melodic Rock, Pop, Folk and Country elements has helped pave the way for the modern Rock of today.

Fans around the world are very familiar with Gin Blossoms’ their album New Miserable Experience, with hits like “Until I Fall Away,” “Found Out About You,”, “Hey Jealousy” and “Allison Road.” Their followed up hit was featured on the Empire Records Platinum Soundtrack,, “Til I Hear It From You.”  The band continues to hit the road with 120 tour dates per year and just released their latest record Mixed Reality (2018).

Joining Gin Blossoms will be Frances Cone,  a Nashville-based soulful Indie band whose latest album Late Riser dropped January 18, 2019.

Sevier Park Fest benefits the Friends of Sevier Park and celebrates the neighboring communities of 12South and Belmont/Hillsboro. Now in its 7th year, Sevier Park Fest will continue on Saturday May 4th, from 10a – 6 p in Sevier Park and along 12South with unique local vendors, food, art, fashion, and more great music on two stages which will be free to attendees. Other local highlights include the Sevier Park Fest Criterium Race with Halcyon Bike Shop, and an expansive family friendly kids area presented by Publix.
