Fresh Hospitality, whose brands include Biscuit Love, Grilled Cheesrie, Vui’s Kitchen and Hugh Baby’s to name a few, submitted a plan to the City of Franklin for a new development called Liberty Station, reports Nashville Business Journal.
The plan includes two buildings with 57,000 square feet of commercial space to be located at the corner of Liberty Pike and Carothers Parkway. In close proximity to the Fresh Hospitality’s new project will be Ovation, Columbia State campus and the new Lifetime Fitness facility.
Plans submitted reveal 25,000 square feet designated for office space and Liberty Financial will also be opening at Liberty Station with another 18,000 square feet available for retail and restaurant space.
At this time, Fresh Hospitality has not revealed which of their restaurants will open in Liberty Station.
Fresh Hospitality recently opened Biscuit Love in downtown Franklin with plans to develop two storefronts on Main Street which were purchased last year.
