Cookie Co. will open at 330 Mayfield Drive, Franklin, close to Ground Burger in the Cool Springs area.
In announcing the opening in Franklin, they shared on social media, “We’re so excited to be the newest gourmet cookie store to @franklintn ! Cookie Co. is a locally owned bakery serving up some truly grand and delicious cookies. With real, fresh ingredients, we offers 3 staple flavors, including one gluten-friendly option, and 3 rotating cookie flavors each week. Our cookies are made from scratch in-store every morning and served by a friendly Franklin staff.”
An open date has been set for Saturday, September 30th, from 10 am – 9 pm. During the grand opening, there will be giveaways and freshly baked cookies. There will be free mini cookies from 1 pm – 3 pm, and one lucky customer could win free cookies for a year. From 5 pm – 6 pm country artist, Ashley Ryan will perform at the store.
The franchise owner for the Franklin location is Kayla Soffa who shared, “Honestly, getting to run a cookie store feels like a real-life dream come true. I can’t wait to get this store open and running!”
