Cinco De Mayo on M Street

On Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 12-8 PM, Saint Anejo in Nashville will host its second annual “Cinco de Mayo” festival. Taking place on McGavock Street between 11th and 12th Avenue in The Gulch, this celebration of Mexican culture will feature street food and drinks, live music, and local artisans. Tickets are $25, include one drink ticket, and can be purchased in advance at:  Cinco de Mayo on M Street  Additional drinks and food can be purchased at the event, provided by Saint Anejo. Limited tickets will be sold at the door.

Entertainment will be provided by “Viva Mexico,” a traditional mariachi band, and the popular cover band “Guilty Pleasures.” Local vendors will be Straw Castle Designs, a Nashville block-printing company that designed the imagery for the event, as well as The Dry House for Flash Tattoos and hair braiding, Drexel Rose jewelry designs, Thistle Farms, and Las Paletas popsicles. Guests can also take home photos from the photo booth.

Additionally, Uber will be providing safe rides home from the party. They will offer the promo code SACINCO for 15% off rides home.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to ProStart as part of the MStreet Scholarship fund. ProStart is a nationwide, two-year program for high school students that develops the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and food service industry leaders.
