Reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley (of “Chrisley Knows Best”) are selling their Brentwood mansion just a few months after purchasing it, reports multiple sources.
Julie Chrisley purchased the home in April for $3,375,000 and it is currently listed for $4.3 million. The home previously belonged to NHL player, retired Nashville Predators Mike Ribeiro.
Based on photos, the home has been renovated. At 12,000 square feet, it boasts a formal dining room with custom hand-painted wallpaper, a professional kitchen with two sub-zero refrigerators, six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, sitting on just over an acre lot. Outdoor entertainment spaces include a pool, patio, outdoor fireplace, and covered porch.
On Tuesday, the Chrisleys were indicted on multiple counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion reported the Nashville Business Journal.
Todd Chrisley posted a message on Instagram where he stated the accusations are due to a former employee forging documents.
“I won’t go into details, but [the former employee’s actions] involved all kinds of really bad stuff like creating phony documents, forging our signatures and threatening other employees with violence if they said anything,” Chrisley shared. “We even discovered that he illegally bugged our home. Needless to say, we fired the guy and took him to court — and that’s when the real trouble started.”
