Every time I go to Franklin, I love to go to THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The atmosphere is so relaxing & welcoming. The menu is very good & the food is so tasty.The owner, Jeff, visit each table to talk to everyone to make them welcome, and if you’re lucky, he may seat you or bring your drinks. I would highly recommend QUINN’S NEIGHBORHOOD to everyone.
