Williamson County Real Estate Prices on the Rise

The Williamson County Association of Realtors has released their April 2015 report. In recent years, it’s been clear that Williamson County has become a real estate hot spot and the proof is in the numbers from this latest report.

Highlights from the report:

  • The number of residential closings has remained constant since 2013 but the median price has significantly increased.
  • The median price for a single family residential home increased to $425,000, which is a 11.8% increase over the last year (from $380,000). This is the largest increase in the past 5 years.
  • Condo and land closings were identical to last year but the median price rose 26% for condos from $172,000 and 31% for land from $151,000.
