The Williamson County Association of Realtors has released their April 2015 report. In recent years, it’s been clear that Williamson County has become a real estate hot spot and the proof is in the numbers from this latest report.
Highlights from the report:
- The number of residential closings has remained constant since 2013 but the median price has significantly increased.
- The median price for a single family residential home increased to $425,000, which is a 11.8% increase over the last year (from $380,000). This is the largest increase in the past 5 years.
- Condo and land closings were identical to last year but the median price rose 26% for condos from $172,000 and 31% for land from $151,000.
