Spring Hill PD Respond to Attempted Aggravated Robbery at Dairy Queen

UPDATE: After a recent court hearing all charges against Wolf were DISMISSED. Charges against Fears and Carrillo were bound over to the grand jury.

On Friday March 2nd at 10:40pm officers were dispatched to the Dairy Queen on Wall St. in reference to an assault with a weapon. The victim told officers that he was sitting at the drive-through window in his vehicle when 3 subjects approached him. One of the subjects hit the victim with a handgun and then held the gun to the victim’s head while another subject demanded money.

An employee of Dairy Queen interrupted the attempted robbery and the subjects fled without obtaining anything from the victim. The victim knew some of the subjects. The victim was targeted and this was not a random crime. Warrants for attempted aggravated robbery and aggravated assault were obtained for:

Marquiste Fears, 21 of Lewisburg
Alvin Bahena-Carrillo, 18 of Nashville
Kirk Wolf, 18 of Cornersville
