Spring Hill Garbage Pickup Delayed -Waste Management’s Spring Hill garbage/recycling collection routes scheduled for today will be delayed by one day due to the snowy conditions that have caused streets to become slick. Friday routes will be picked up on Saturday, Jan. 7.
