RCG, a single-source telecom provider based in Franklin, Tenn., announced the hiring of Kara Rickvalsky as corporate account manager last week.
Rickvalsky brings more than a decade of experience in the telecom industry to her post at RCG. Most recently she served as general manager for CloudSmartz, Inc., which provides technology consulting services to businesses. Prior to her role as general manager, Rickvalsky worked as an account director at Level 3 Communications, where she was responsible for securing business-to-business technology sales.
Throughout her career, Rickvalsky has earned an extensive list of honors and awards, including being the first to achieve standing in the “$1.5 Million in Sold Revenue” club at XO Communications. Kara was also recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a “40 under 40” honoree in 2011.
As corporate account manager with RCG, Rickvalsky will be responsible for providing purchasing support and solutions guidance across all telecom carriers.
