Fly South, Leiper’s Fork funkiest neighborhood restaurant, has debuted its Winter Menu and it’s full of delicious items.
Starters include: artisan cheeses, preserves, pickles, marinated olives, spanish chorizo, spicy candied almonds, sesame marinated cucumbers, brussel sprouts tossed in mediterranean olive vinaigrette, house made cauliflower-goat cheese ravioli
Entrees include:
-Moroccan braised lamb short ribs, goat cheese and parmesan polenta & grilled asparagus
-Grilled bistro steak, twice baked with caramelized onions, bleu cheese and bacon & garlicky broccoli
-Grilled pork tenderloin, aromatic cannellini bean cassoulet & sauteed spinach

Fly South is located at 4141 Old Hillsboro Road in Leiper’s Fork. Executive chefs are Kristen Gregory and Jon Smyth. Chef Kristen Gregory is an accomplished chef, winning two Food Network cooking competitions: “Chopped” and “Cutthroat Kitchen.” She is also the executive chef at Firefly in Green Hills.
