Former Spring Hill Resident & Country Artist Indicted on Charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

On Wednesday, Daniel Lee Martin,53, turned himself into the Spring Hill police after being indicted on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, aggravated sexual battery, and indecent exposure, confirmed Spring Hill Police Department Lt Justin Whitwell.

SHP stated they had been working on the case since January 2018 and all charges involve minors who reside in the Spring Hill community. Currently, Martin is out on bond.

Martin moved to the area in the 90s where he pursued a career in country music releasing an album in 2003 titled “All That I Am” with a sophomore album in 2007 titled “On My Way To You.”

He has also appeared on two TV  shows- “Brotherhood Outdoors” and “Til Death Do Us Part.”
