Merrill Lynch

In April, Merrill Lynch signed a lease for a 22,000 square foot space in the coming Hill Center in Brentwood. The Hill Center is one of the biggest projects underway in Williamson County with a pricetag of $211 million. Merrill Lynch- the Wealth Management branch America- is located nationally in NYC and occupies the entire 34 stories of the Four World Financial Center building.
