Cheyenne McCann will be a model taking part in the upcoming event for A Vintage Affair called A Fashion Affair. The poster which is currently out to promote the event, feature Cheyenne. We sat down with her to learn more about her modeling career, her hobbies and what is her ritual before a show?

Can you tell us more about yourself?

I went to school at Beech High School, I’m an international model and a soon to be cosmetologist. I love my job because I get to travel to beautiful places, meet new people, and learn a lot of new things.

How do you like to spend your spare time?

I have a lot of hobbies, I love reading books, Cosmetology of course, I like making people feel more confident and better about themselves. I’m really big on taking care of my body, working out and eating healthy.

I love the outdoors, whether I’m hiking, sight seeing, or going on a random adventure, I just absolutely adore it!

How did you balance school and modeling?

When I was in high school I was always insecure, I didn’t have a lot of confidence at all. I started modeling my sophomore year in high school, it completely changed my life. It helped me gain self confidence. In this business you have to have confidence, be responsible, reliable, mature, and most importantly always be yourself. After I graduated high school I realized what all my career in modeling had really taught me. Sure it was hard work, going to school then leaving to go to a 12 hour shoot, long nights, early mornings, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything because it was more than worth it!

Do you have any pre-fashion show rituals?

Before a fashion show I try to stay away from sodium as much as possible since it’s the main cause for bloating. I drink lots of water to keep my body and skin hydrated. And I get plenty of sleep the night before!

Tell us about the biggest influences in your life?

I’ve had a lot of influences in my life. Of course my mom and dad who taught me everything I know, my family means the world to me, they have been so supportive, they keep me positive.
